Did a few repairs yesterday.
Kit is VERY user friendly and does a very nice repair.
Here is my question though.
When curing with the pit resin.......remove tab and scrpe with razor blade..............I still have a very small dull area (white milky looking) in the place I used the drill.......other than that the repairs are GREAT!
Is there a way to not have the dull spot in the pit?
I am I maybe not curing long enough?
Any tips would be much appreciated.
Thanx in Advance
Jeff

try placing a drop of star/bullseye resin in the pit and letting it cure for about 3 minutes without a cure tab before you place the pit resin in the pit with the tab. I believe what you are seeing are actually spots under the pit resin and not the resin itself. The thinner resin first will stop this.

Just something to keep in mind and I say this becuase you are using DELTA KITS resins I assume. If not, something to keep in the back of your head. Becareful intermixing resins from one supplier to another. There might be some compatitbility issues. As far a slight scaring that is normal as there will always be tell tale evidence. It will not disapear 100%.

You might try drilling slower, you may actually be seeing a bit burn in your pit. Let the bit work for you, it only takes an additional 20 seconds and always use a sharp bit.
