texas jim,
It may be a good idea for you to do a search on the effects of heat. Yes it effects repair and yes shade or add heat. Everyone has their take on the issues surrounding temprature. To much heat and you can have daisy effect come on real easy so cooling a shield in the texas heat is a must in my opinion!! But what do I know the temprature rarely gets above 70 around here. We are adding heat rather than needing to remove it more often! :icon_roll Good luck Scott:~)
