Has anyone done any radio advertising? If so, I'd like to know what the results were/are. I'd like to know if your business has increased, stayed the same, or gotten worse (nyuk:smile: ). If it has gotten better, I'd like to know by how much it has increased (by calls per day, percentage of profit increase, or any other solid method of measurement).

And as always, I am so thankful for your input, ideas, suggestions, experiences.

Continue dreaming, I tried it(payed extra to be during rush hour)and can say that it works. But it doesn't generate enough business to cover the expense. Most people won't remember your phone number 30 secs after the add is over. If you have a fixed location it may be better, but for a mobile service your phone number and web site are your only links to the world. iIn my experiance adds that stay in the same place(a specific spot in the paper on a regular basis, yellow pages, truck stop menu, auto trader add, ect) create a link that the customer is used to seeing your name and knows where to find it(you don'"t need to know the answer to everything, just where to get the answer) . Word of mouth is of course the best form of advertising, I never just give a customer 1 card, I give 5, and they do find there way to other potential customers.
