As most of you know 2 years ago I lost my oldest son Allen to a tragic misdiagnosis by a under qualified doctor well this week we finaly settled the malpractice suit out of court.
If I had won the lottery I would be sunning my buns in paridise but considering the source of my money I have decided to do the responsible thing and invest a lump into my buisness. And in doing so set my remaining sons future by bringing him into the buisness
1. I bought a system to do sprayless paint repair to repair the chips and scuffs on the cars nose
2. Bought the equipment to do interior repair
3. Bought equipment so I can now repair scratches and fogged headlights.
I will be doing some serios training and practicing in the next few weeks before I offer the full service to dealers. One stop shopping so to speak

I have always been a small one guy operation who was satisfied when I made a grand a week I guess its time to become a better buisnessman and get things rolling and put a couple more people on the road. My remaining son will graduate this year and hope to get him up and rolling soon he already is a good WR tech so im sure he can do the new things as well.
Since I now have the cushion to support me while im growing and do things right my goal is to get 3 vans on the road by this time next year and specialize in Auto Dealer work primarily.

All I can say is keep it fun. Whether you do $600 or $1600 or $2600 per week it must be fun or it'll eat you up. My experience with our former part time guy opened my eyes to this AGAIN. I would rather do a fun week than a super busy week full of head aches and mistakes.
Enjoy yourself and your family, Glassstarz, you've earned it.
