Top of Mind Awareness:
• When you think "cotton swab" you think Q-Tip.
• When you think "tissue" you think Kleenex.
• When you think "bandage" you think Band-Aid.
When they think "rock chip" they should think of me. :)

A few things that have worked for me.
• Personalized Chip Savers. Find a mall parking lot, slap your phone number right on the chips. It's not really a "hand-bill" ,llike a flyer that will blow away. I you cover 500 chips and get even 5% call backs.....thats 25 jobs.
• Start an internet newsletter. Get your customers e-mail address. Send monthly specials, ect. It's a golden oppurtunity to educate your customers.
• Put a "Your Company Toolbar" on your customers web browser.
(like the google toolbar for IE and Firefox) Go Here!
Anyone else care to share ideas PLEASE DO.
We don't want them to think "Beltron"
