Indeed, that UV Bubble Shield is great.
Its not only great for blocking UV rays, it also stops the rain running down the shield ......
Delta Kits and GlassMechanix do them, their not expensive -so get one.

Paul,
This is my main business.
Just a good UV cover with suction cups of some kind: Delta, Glas-Weld. In addition a ball cap placed over the work while filling, vacuuming is good. I have'nt bought the Delta dome cover yet because of high shipping cost plus the space it would take up in the Honda CRV, combination business and personal use. I'm sure it is a good thing to have though. I carry a ladder all the time which takes up a lot of space. Friends in the business already make fun of the amount of equipment I carry, two Deltas and three Glas-Welds., Three curing lamps, battery packs, etc. Last count I think I have five UV covers. A 2X2, and four 1X1's
If you use a clear hypodermic needle on cracks be sure and cover it with something, I use a blue paper towell rolled up to cover the top of the needle and lower part of the clear plastic, drop it into my bag for the few seconds when I may have to do something else.

Go to Wally-World and buy a two-pack of the snap-down suction cup hooks ($1.79~) make a loop of plastic-covered wire for structure and hang a small towel or rag over the wire. If it's windy, add a clamp or a clothespin.

Check out liquid resins. I have 2 of their UV shields. I like them because they are large, square, and a very transparent yellow/amber. They are also are very flexable so they roll up and dont take up alot of space. They also have the suction cups.
