Welcome to the forum dwrs!
RLI is a good choice for General Liability Insurance. It's not garage keepers, so it's pretty cheap. $500K is about $150-$250 depending on your area.

Thanks Jeff. I will contact them. I am a moblie only repair. Do I need garage keepers too? I never take the customers vehicle, and they are always there to unlock.
I see you have insurance billing too. Is it better than ACT for a small operation like mine? What is the biggest difference?
Thanks

Hi dwrs,
Garage keepers shouldn't be necessary if you are mobile and don't drive the customer's car.
We have both eDirectGlass and ACT available for insurance billing. You can always give me a call, and we can discuss billing.
In short though, eDirectGlass allows you to sign up directly with the networks, as opposed to through another company, such as ACT. eDG is a web based program that allows you to electronically bill the insurance networks for a flat monthly fee, rather than per invoice.
As I said though, give me a call to discuss. If I know how many insurance jobs you send through, I can give you an accurate idea of the best solution for your needs!

We alos use RLI and have for many years. For some reason Lynx or some network had us to increase our policy for coverage. Don't really know why because the wife handles all the PAPERWORK and PAPER (as in cash). Go figure. IT must be a woman thing.
