How to repair windshield?

Hello my name is elad,new in this forum.
I'm restoring an old cadillac ,its got a hole in the windshield and a large crack (i'll try to add pic)
can it be fixed? which device is for holes fixing?what to do with the crack?

That crack looks way too long to repair, you will need to get a new windshield.

While you are getting the windshield replaced you might want to address the rust if it goes under the gasket and have it repaired. It looks like the rust might go under the gasket and since the gasket will be removed that will be the oppertune time to repair it. If that is the molding and chrome insert with the Tee studs that go through the rubber, they are accessed from the inside once you pull the interior chrome off. You may want to have a few of those tee studs on hand. and if the rubber is cracked--replace it!
Have it done by someone that is familiar with those rubber sets. They require special sealants that will seal the rubber to the body and another that seals the glass to the rubber.

also try e-bay motors there are a couple of guys there that sell old windshields. Send them an e-mail with your year and model and someone there may be able to find you one.
