Yes I would like to get more refferals form allstate and have been in the eDirectGlass for several months and have not recieved any electronic dispatching refferals yet...

I talked to eDG, and they recommended that you contact Metryx to verify that all your information is updated, current, and showing in their system. Also, if you find out that it is, call Cheryl @ eDG and she may be able to help. 480.993.0915

Also, keep in mind that referrals are NOT guaranteed with eDG or any program. Lynx doesn't guarantee referrals either. But, it would be a good idea to make sure you're all set up properly!

Delta is right. make sure you update all your metryx info. I have my hours set at everyday 8a.m-8p.m and my service area set to 50 miles. Also make sure you approved with allstate and statefarm. I have been getting at least 1 a week for a month now. I am not set up electronically I hear this may help me even more so I will consider it also. I know for many many months I did not have my settings correct and it made a big difference. Hope this helped at all.

Update your stats with them and then hold your breath until they call. Make sure they ask for Old Blue when they do call.
My point is dont expect any refferals just be pleasently surprised if they do call with one

I think a factor we have to consider is what kind of insurance coverage exist in your area, I know that in the CT area 90% of the residents have glass coverage so they all go through their insurance co's for repair and replacements, I know that's a major reason why my business has increased after I signed up with Lynx.... I can tell you in the last 2 weeks I have received 10 jobs, it may not seem like a lot but these are jobs I don't have to go out and try to make a sales pitch to, so along with my fleet account some retail jobs and referrals it adds up.

Yes, I have updated my metrix and all seems in order, as far a eglass they said I am power sinked in and all allstate has to do it use it..I believe she said just click the mouse..... I will call metrix but I believe you can update you business on line. I will also call lynx and see what up with them...
