We are advising SF customers of their intent to stop waiving deductible and giving them a handout with relevant details and contact info (Bischoff @ SF, Insurance Commissioner's office). SF is having fits! Called and asked us to please stop. They have even gone as far as denying that my state is included in the "national" plan.
...As a courtesy, we want to advise you of SF's announced intent to stop waiving the deductible for repair....
...if you think that paying the same premium for reduced coverage is wrong, we encourage you to contact...

SF's O&A means nothing anymore...
They're toothless.

State Farm in Texas waives deductibles for windshield repair, so I can understand they're lack of enthusiasm for your plan.

Perhaps you missed the memo...
SF announced its intent to end the deductible waiver nationally in 2006.
We are simply advising our customers of SF's stated intent and asking that they make their opinions known to SF if they disagree with the plan.

You're right, I did miss the memo.
Please fax it to 541.345.1591
Thanks!

Are you serious, Jeff? Do you not recall the endless threads on your own forum regarding this very subject?
