Just wanted to see what Techs are doing with there cell plans. Since we are all or at least the majority of us mobile, our cell phones are critical especially when we do not have access to use a land line. This is quite often for us and are bills are getting beyond are plan now every month. Sure, I know the obvious answer...bump up to the next higher plan. Just curious what others do to avoid high cell bills beside changing plans.

One solution is when you get to the customers location ask if they have a cordless phone you can use since your cell phone does not work well in that location. It will surely save minutes when you are on hold trying to get your referral number.

OR, somebody is just doing a lot more repairs than others, and realizes that these expenses are important.
However you want to look at it.
