DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE THIS TO DEAL WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES?
AND HOW DOES IT HELP FOR A ONE MAN CREW?
IS IT EASY TO DEAL WITH ?
HOW BENEFICIAL IS THE SYSTEM?
TO MY UNDERSTANDING THERE ARE OTHER CLAIMS TEAMS OUT THERE

Those are the companies who handle the customer's insurance glass claims Lynx, safelife and there are many more small companies. These are the companies you have to get in touch with the file insurance claims. But each insurance company has a different phone number to call to get to these agencies since they are contracted out. Since you are new at the whole rock chip game you should use the direct kits affiliated program a.c.t they are really a life saver for someone who has not talked to the insurance companies yet.

ACT or "the" auto glass claims team is a good starting place for the newby. They will process all claims for a fee for you and you can decide how to handle your claims processing. There is another widely used program that will walk you thru the set up phase that is very good for the folks who are prepaired to do so, E-direct glass, if you need info go

here: http://www.actclaims.com/actclaims/index.htm

Or here: http://www.glaxissolutions.com/Glaxis/N ... cation.htm

Chose what is good for you and then roll with the punches, meaning if act full program is for you to start, then it changes, remain fluid. That is what the market does, and sucessfull business's also...

Good luck and repairing, Scott
