Network Referral Follow Up

This week we had another return customer who mentioned that the network, in this case SGC, called them to see how everything went after the first repair we did for them. Has anyone else comfirmed this network follow up policy from your customers?

They are just checking up to see if a rookie is worth the same top pay as us vets. ROTFLMAO Just kidding with ya, I haven't heard of this happening here. Maybe it's a Northerly thing.
