If they have cars where you are at thats the best state. i have seen others ask things like "what if there are a lot of guys doing WR here?" the answer to that one is so what? it just means the people in the market are familiar with WR making them a much easier sale. Another question or statement we often hear in the forum is "My state doesnt have a deductible for replacement "again the answer is so what? sell the job and charge em cash if thats what you want a insurance billed replacement is a claim and to many claims they jack your rates where most ins companies will waive the deductible on WR and not consider it a claim so once again an easy sell

The easiest way to do this is to work on the car population. I used to work for a large windscreen replacement company who worked on a rough guide that 10% or 1 in 10 vehicles would have windscreen damage in 12 months.

Glasseye I am struggling to count these cars they keep movig about.
I live in the least denseley populated county in the UK and I have no problem finding work. However I do not sit and wait for it. You do not need a lot of customers just quality ones.

Got a beauty today - trade customer said there was a bullseye break just where the tax disc holder was sited. A quick glance, sure enough there was a bullseye break, but taking a closer look it turned out to be one of those gel stickers on the inside of the glass!! - honest Joe me, pointed this out to him
LOL. Could be a good business opportunity Fake Bullseyes????

Johnnyone, what makes you say that TX is the best? Is it because we have miles & miles of open roads? Or, lots of secondary county roads? Or, too many PU trucks wheeling about? :eusa_danc
