This may sound like a stupid question, but does Delta resin have a shelve life?
If so should it not be marked on the bottle!

Technically, for some customers, we're required to label it with a shelf life.
In reality, if you ever have any of our resin "go bad" on you, return it for replacement.
We have resin currently in testing that has been going for over 8 years and still works fine.
Make sure to keep it out of the sun, extreme temperature changes, and no contaminates, and all will be fine.

Other companies are talking a 1 to 2 year shelf life for their resins.I know that you can't speak for them but I am sure that you guys probably know if their are some ingrediants that can become inneffective over time.is this the case or are they just playing up a sales angle?

All I can say is, our resin, if you find it to be ineffective after any length of time (short of having it cured), we will replace it, and it's been tested 8 years and counting with no ill effects.
I could, but won't, speak of other resins. I would recommend following your manufacturers recommendations.
