I make these signs too, but with the invention of sign computers that pretty much killed the sign industry as I knew it. It used to take skill but now if you can operate a computer, you can be in the sign business.
Thats why I'm a windshield repair man. (SNORT!!)
Like I say if you are going to get a location, this is the only way to go.
Renting a building takes big $$$$$ out of your profits in rent, insurance & deposits & utilities and having to put up with nosey city bureaucrats that have nothing better to do than harass people who are trying just to get by.
