Hi Guys

Because Dremel is virtually impossible to source here I was thinking of getting a B&D cordless drill with 700 rpms. Using carbide burrs will I be able to drill a hole through the glass? I dont mind taking longer to drill. Does the speed of RPM dictate whether you can drill through or drill faster...?

Any feedback is appreciated.
