For the first time I broke a bur while drilling. I cannot figure out how to get it out. It is flush with the glass, nothing to grab. How do you remove it? Fortunately it happen in my shop on a practice drilling. I don't drill often but I have never had it happen. How do you remove it?

Yes It does happen, I use to drill next to it and remove it but that didnt alway work. If I could'nt get it out I would just fill it. Now I use a better bit and they dont break.
