Have any of you been getting AAA repair referrals since the Harmon to Lynx transition that started in January? I've talked to a number of techs in my area and nobody is getting anything. The people I've spoke to were all signed up with Lynx and offered a fair dispatch rotation for their area.

Where could all this AAA WSR work be going? PPG preferred shops maybe?

Any response is appreciated.

I have heard that AAA has joined the ranks of State Farm and are no longer waving the deductable.

We haven't been getting any referrals, but we still got paid for a repair under AAA insurance.

I guess that is why I haven't been getting any lately LOL I had gotten a few right after signing up with harmon but nothing in over a month.

Well, I still get some referrals but only when customer specifically request my company. I suppose the only way to find out who's getting the work is to file a AAA claim and see where CSR steers me.
