best starter kit

who has the best starter kit for getting into this busness.

I joined this Forum just last week and try to get intouch with David Windshield Repair from Houston to make a bid on his Delta Kit, but I can't get into the FOR SALE listings .
His Profile doesn't show any eMail address or phone number either .
