How do you guys handle your fleets? Do you give them monthly repair records or just give them the invoice each visit with unit# and number of repairs.

I give them a monthly breakdown of units inspected, repairs done and recommendations for any units requiring glass replacement. A lot have come to regard this as a vehicle audit and find it useful for maintaining their fleet and measuring expenditure.

I do mine for every visit. Less hassle than trying to put them all together for the end of every month.
