SGC Network Help

I am trying to process some paperwork on the sgc website and when i hit submit invoice after clicking the referal it sends me back to the main invoice screen and it has *** 0000 in the tan area below the new date search button. Anybody know what this is? It has happened a few times in the last couple of days.

This usually happens in the evening when the site ( i assume) is updating and going through maintenance. Try to submit them either early evening or the next morning.

it usally take 24 hr for SGC to post a refferal just be patient i had the same problem i talk to SGC and they advised me it took 24 hr to post.
