Delta Resins curing time

I received my samples from Delta which include:
1) Premium bond resin
2) Pit Filler
3) Pit Polish
I use the Glas-Welds system and their Pro-Cure curing lamp when needed, the good 'ol sun when not. How long is the curing time for Delta Resins and Pit Filler?
Thanks Brent for the samples, I'll be using them all day tomorrow, well actually in about 7 hours. I'm expecting a huge day tomorrow, $600 plus.
Cheers,
Scott

Five minutes using a curing lamp.

Mr. Bill is correct, we recommend 5 minutes. It will take far less time than that with some lights, but since there is no way for a technician to know when the resin is cured all the way through, 5 minutes puts you well into the safe zone, even with most inexpensive battery operated lights.
The pro-cure lamp puts out an impressive amount of UV directly under the bulb, but it is important to remember that with that lamp you are not curing directly under the bulb, and are therefore getting less UV at the center of the repair than with several other lights on the market.
Although many on this forum will disagree, Delta Kits does not recommend curing under pressure, which is important when determining which UV lamp will work the best for you.
You are very welcome for the samples, I hope they work well for you.

Thank you for the info. I used the sample bottle today, in facts it's finished as I jhad an extremely busy day ($530), I was looking forward to an $800 day but ran out of light at 6:30pm which means working tomorrow instead of just dropping off bills and going to the movies. Like the resin and will be placing an order soon. I may also give you a call to talk shop Brent if that's ok.
Cheers,
Scott
