Novus plastic polish #2 will make it good as new.

You can use Dvelups headlight restoration system just like you would restore a headlight only you are doing the acrylic windshield.

I would treat as headlight repair minus the wet sanding.Substitute medium rubbing compound for first step.

You should still wet sand but I would end with about 2000 grit sandpaper instead of 1500. If you don't the damaged UV layer is still on the shield.

You guys are going to way too much work. Just clean well and then buff out with novus #2 polish. No sanding needed. I've used this stuff for a very long time and it's by far the best product I've found for use on any type of polymer or plexiglass. It is a product you can buy retail...it's not exclusive to novus franchises. I used to buy it from an auto parts supplier but I've also seen it available on ebay.

I agree because time is money.Sanding and buffing something that large can be very time consuming.Try your preferred technique on a small area first.
