I know there were nominee suggestions but was there ever a final announcement on the winner?

I nominated Graham Watson based on the fact that he received the most votes here on the windshield repair forum.

The winner will be announced at the Mobile Tech Expo next week. I have no idea how many other people were nominated or how many people voted for each nominee.
