Jeff.
Yes, I do believe you have to have Glaxis/PowerSync to provide e-scheduling.
Not sure if it's feasible for the repair only guy but was curious if anybody used it and if there was any benefit to e-scheduling.

It may be of a benifit just due to the respect thing. I would bet you would get more work dispatched your way if you are all electronic. Lynx seems to love that tech stuff. I am gonna look into it myself see what costs are gonna be and like you said if it is a real value for repair only guys. I think customers and insurance companies would appreciate it.

Jeff, if you sign into Lynx you'll find a pdf file download for eScheduling, which explains how it works. There are some compliance expectations involved which may raise some concerns. Not sure what it cost to launch Glaxis? That may present a sticky point also. I was hoping somebody on this forum already tried it and could respond.

I'll dig around lynx to see. I am sure later someone will have some experiences to tell you about.

Guys do not take this the wrong way. If I had information I surely would share. The fact that no one else has the answers you seek...why have you not contacted Lynx to get the answer straight from the source and then share with all of us.

well because lynx won't tell the facts like if it really helps get more work. I will probably call edirectglass in the future when I feel it would be a benefit to try it. Just thought I would like to hear some real user opinions. Just seems weird nobody is using it,, or could it be that it works great and they don't want to let us know
