Something we have come across on many occasions with people having trouble fill damages of all descriptions, is that they have not put enough resin in the injector. With a lot of injectors relying on hydraulic pressure to do the job any air above the resin and below the injector is not helping matters. So next time you are having a problem filling that damage check you have enough resin in the injector, a couple of small drops is often enough to really speed the job along. I know there are many more reasons behind a chip not filling and we have talked about them before on this forum, this is just one of the simple problems that is sometimes overlooked.
