look here maybe they can help http://www.iboats.com/boat-windshields/
Re: Boat Windshields
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot replace individual windshield pieces. We only sell complete replacment windshield systems.
They don't do replacement glass. Call some boat repair shops maybe they can send you to a vendor that sells parts for your paticular need.

Re: Boat Windshields
The problem I'm having is that VIP only make the ski boat and the run a bout they do not make the bass boat anymore. But to add insult to injury they have gone into bankruptcy and the fed made everyone that had any molds from VIP they were to return them while VIP is in bankruptcy. I have been tolt that there are boat wrecking yards aroung but no one seems to know where they are. I live in the Dallas/Ft.Worth Tx area. Any suggestions..
Thanks
Larry
Thanks
Larry

Re: Boat Windshields
I assume from your description this is an acrylic windshield. If that assumption is correct, you may try http://finneys.com/marine.htm
If Finneys cannot help you I may be able to point you to a couple of other companies that have molded acrylic for me in the past, but this is Finnys thing, so although they will be expensive, they may be your best bet for quality and fit.
If it is a glass windshield I can give you some other ideas.

Re: Boat Windshields
We make glass for the entertainment industry. We could possibly make this for you. It's pricey. We make a perimeter metal tool to bend the glass in. To do this we need a sample of the glass, one or two cracks is ok but if it's really bad(like you describe) it may not work. If you can send me a few pic's I will see if we can do this. If all you want to do is fill the hole up use 1/8 polycarbonite(lexan). This way you don't have to have it formed as lexan is very flexable. HTH
