It was a warm dry day and before starting my repair of a bullseye I notice a little bubble at a spot closest the laminate at base of cone. Pit was adequate and I did not drill, vacuum and pressure would not remove the bubble but other than that the entire bullseye filled beautifully. I was tempted to drill into bubble, but opted not as it seemed to me that if it was my windshield I would rather have a little bubble than an ugly drill hole. Many times I have seen what I think you are talking about I get on the inside of the windshield and push hard with my probe on the center of the damage druing a vaccuum. Most of the time I can see the last bit of air go up the injector. I use glasweld injectors but it should be the same with most.

My injector cannot be mentioned on this site, if that is any indication of what i'm using...

I know what you mean and Tools method is the primary method I use sometimes that doesnt work This is where I like to use the Vac cycle back off on the pressure if your system doesnt draw a lot of Vacume the other option heat on the inside (outside if you cant get inside) when the glass cools it will often pull the resin in to the bubble
