Any new changes in Insurance Payment?

I remember hearing some time ago about a possible drop in insurance company payment plans for rock chip repair.

I had a buddy check into this and he heard that many of the insurance companys are paying much lower than 50$ as low as 15$ and that some of the insurance companies will only pay 10-20$ of the 50$.

So anyway has anyone heard about any changes in the payment from insurance companies? Please let me know... because I haven't heard of any.
Thanks,
Chris

I haven't heard of any paying that low. I've searched through the safelite and lynx list and none that I see there pay any less then $45. Some have stopped waiving deductibles...

Chris you used to be one of the bigger players in the business with over 30 guys working for you I seem to remember you saying a while ago. Have you been out of the trade for a while? I thought with the volume you were doing you would be able to tell the guys over there better than anyone. If you have mates giving you poor information I would suggest either they have not done their homework or they do not want you on their patch. Shame on the trade even at $50 that is the same and less than Novus was charging 20 years ago, sure was worth a lot more then.
