after hours lynx call

This is the 2nd time this has happen.I get a call from lynx yesterday saying that they had a customer on the line that I had not called back.I told the lady(operator) I did not know who she was because I had not recieved any dispatch on her.The operator told me that this was an after hour dispatch.Well,I do have an answering service but I never got anything on this.Seems to me that that is very unorganized.I talk with the customer and handle it.Not sure what lynx was thinking.The lady did not ask for my company.I was pulled form the list.

Do you have a dedicated fax phone line and fax machine? I recieve after hours dispatches on my fax, they never call, just send a fax. Then I have 24 hrs. to set an appt. with the customer.
I got pulled from Lynx once. Some of the agents I do work for called on my behalf and got me reinstated. Ask the agents that refer work to you to see what they can do for you.
