Once cloudy always cloudy?

Ok, I know you guys run into this ever once in awhile. It's like a bullseye but with a cloudy, maybe even yellow ring around the impact point. I suspect it's contamination seeped between the layers or just separation but still gives a bad hazy look. Drying out doesn't seem to help or maybe it did on one but not on others. Anyway, just seems like a waste of time and resin, because you fill the thing, but the haze still remains. Is that you guys' experience?

Yep, you can still put a lot of strenght back into it though. If it is cloudy it is because the PVB is reverting back to its natural state, this is caused by many things such as moisture and air, it is the customers fualt for not getting it repaired sooner.
