Windshield Repair Forum

I received my kit, had previously watched video and completed a couple jobs here in MS with an experienced WSR tech..I do sincerely appreciate the forum members that have responded to my previous questions..I personally think the forum is a great help.....Perhaps someday I will be able to help some new WSR Techs..

I completed 3 repairs on my own with the new kit....not bad....but clarity not quite where i want it so lots of more practice.

Thanks to Delta for getting the Kit to me in a very timely manner and I do feel it is quality equipment..Lots to learn.ie insurance etc...marketing I feel good about since i previously started a business...All in all...everything looks great.

I've had a lot of positive calls from experienced windshield repair technicians lately, so I am expecting and looking forward to a very strong 2009. We have always done quite well in sagging economies of the past as consumers begin looking for ways to save money, so it is more important than ever to let your customers know just how important it is to stop their windshields from cracking. We have also done very well in past years by educating customers of the massive reduction to environmental waste that can be attributed to windshield repair, but again, now this education is more important than ever as consumers are becoming more and more concerned about the environment.

We are going to make 2009 a very profitable year, and I hope you will as well!
