You can select up to three choices on this poll, but if you select more than one be sure submit a post to let us know why you use more than one. It would also be helpful for many newcomers to know why you picked the company you use, so whether it's because of the ease of use, the quality of service, the flexibility, the ability to track your claims, the cost per claim, or a combination of all these things, the more info you can provide the better.
The poll will serve as a quick guide to the popularity of a service, but your posts are just as important.

I use a combination of GlassComp, SGC, and edirectglass. The glasscomp is for processing Country Company invoices. Faxing is a pain but you only pay for the invoices submitted--$2.25 each I believe. SGC for invoices through their network. Very easy, quick, and FREE. Edirect is for processing Lnyx/Gerber invoices. They schedule a training session to familiarize techs with how to set up each insurance company. Once you've become familiar with the process it is fairly easy to submit paperwork. Unfortunately the price is going up,up,up and really isn't the most cost-effective for my business but I pay the extra for the ease of use. I'm pretty close to dropping edirect and processing through GlassComp.

I voted None yet, I'm in the learning stage still. I plan on getting my Insurance and signing up with act. I hate paperwork and forms.

I use Glass Comp for my Lynx billing @ $2.50 per Invoice, SGC and Harmon Solutions using their web site for free billing and Quest for a select few insurance companies @ $7.50 per invoice. I usually receive my electronic transfer from Lynx within 3-4 weeks, SGC and Harmon within 2-3 weeks. Quest mails a check within 2 weeks. I look forward to the day when all the insurance companies go with the electronic transfer!

safelite and sgc regarding false claims that total in the billions of dollars........any one else aware of this?? I think i will not go with sgc. whewwww
