Replacement company thinking about focusing more on WSR

I began my own windshield replacement company in 2006 after several years working in the industry for the corporations and have done pretty well with it ever since.
However...my goal for 2009 is to find ways to differentiate my company from the 20 or so others that are in my service area. One way I am doing this is to focus more on cutting glass for construction companies, heavy equipment operators and others who require such services. This strategy is working well. The next part of my strategy is to gain new customers by focusing on the repair of windshields rather then the replacement. I already do WSR but its not a primary focus. When I was trained to do WSR it was with a "necessary evil" type of attitude. Thats the way all the companies I have worked for approached it.
My question is...have any of you done this? Was it successful?
I am going to invest in a new repair kit. I haven't decided which one yet, but it will have to be someone who offers extensive factory training. Any recommendations?
