Can someone give me simple step by step instructions on how to submit invoices to the clients insurance company?

The information required from insurance companies varies but most typically ask for policy number, vehicle identification number, year, make, model, claim authorization number, date of loss, and location of damage, and they accept this information via fax or mail.
