Okay, so I have been with a company that processes my invoices, they're just like act, anyhow, I have been with them for 3 1/2 years and I just got yelled at and talked to like I was a 10 year old that cursed for the first time, by these folks and it made me very angry :x

So, what I need to know from my fellow Repair Techs and forum users......

Who out there does NOT use a 3rd party company to process and how do you process if you don't?

If you do process, who do you use?

I pay $2.49 per repair with this company (no, it's not act)

ANY Help would be much appreciated!!!

Thanks in advance!

I currently use Edirect but they have had two price increases in a little over a year yet the product seems to get harder to use(more rejected invoices). I have been debating over switching to faxing them in for $2.50 per invoice probably with who you currently use or switching to datatranz software. The drawback is I don't want to purchase the datatranz software then have lynx start accepting edi on their site making datatranz pointless. If lynx would provide us a way to invoice online like Harmon and SGC our problems would be solved.

JJH. I have been using eDirect for a few years. I have a printed step-by-step procedure provided by Tony Morales. I found it most helpful. Both Tony and Maria are very personable and are of much help when we need it. I am familiar with the two price increases but it is an expense that is deductible on my year end taxes. I have signed up for another term with them.
