Heat Sink & Delta Tool Box...What a combination!

So, I was doing my general cleaning of my equipment tonight and discovered that in the bottom of the Delta tool box beside the Battery Charger cut out, There is a foam insert which looked to be the exact match in diameter to give my Heat Sink a Home!
Sure enough it fit "Perfect"
If you have a Heat Sink or Heat Exchanger (If you don't, I'd encourage you to have it) try it!
Some may have already figured this out, However I have had the kit for some time now and never realized it was there. Just another innovative thing from Delta! Its like they seen the future';)

Thanks for the post: I never noticed it either. Its sort of like a book. Each time you go through the Kit you find things you never noticed before. What is the lowest temp you are working in for WSR outside? Its as cold here as it is down in your area at the moment:

I am curious how the Heat X-changer stays on the windshield with the weight of 6 ounces. Is there a problem with it sliding or tipping over. This sounds like a nice tool.

You hold it with your hand on the outer surface of the windshield!

I am on call for my full time job and pending some classes to keep my state certification in water & waste water. I would be going if it wasn't for that. Not too many WSR jobs but Iam doing several HLR per week. Mostly referals from the detailing shops in my area. Check my web (removed by Moderator) at I just got that started and I will be in two seperate yellow page books that will have a distribution of 80K & over 100K within 4 counties. I hope this generates something. Have a good trip! Candyman

To me, Looking at your web page, It looks like you are promoting your H/L restore more that your W/S Repair serv.
I can see why you are not getting the work on your own for the W/S Repairing. You have one line on the W/S and the rest of the talk is on H/L's.
If you are content with the way you are making your money then leave it. If you do not want to work as are hard to make the same or more then I would suggest modifying your web page to really show you do W/S repairs also....
I would pass you up if I saw your web site and was looking for a W/S repair. But I may call your for the H/L restore.
Just my take on your add.
Other than that the web looked good.
