Besides a quality repair and good customer service of course is, not telling people how profitable your trade is. Please don't disclose to customers or friends how much you make per repair, you're just creating competition for yourself and others.

I don't discuss these aspects of the business with anyone outside the business because it's not professional. That said, anyone who takes the due dilligence to research this business is going to find out what they want to know.

Can't imagine this even being an issue. Successful businesses and successful individuals are too busy working to be worrying about something like that. That is why they are successful.
