Legacy Auto Glass laid off 180 call center employees shortly before Thanksgiving and now have laid off the remaining 138 employees including the guy who was in charge of layoffs in the first place.

Is there room for you to fill the void?

The sad part is, the guy who owns Legacy Auto Glass used to work for me, when I had my full service glass company in Spokane Washington.

I figured you might have known him, Dave.

It's always sad to see a business built from scratch and then crash unless it crashes because of unethical or fraudulent reasons.

When a business reaches a certain point, it becomes necessary to delegate a certain amount of authority and decision-making powers to others.

If that doesn't happen, eventually the business will spin out of control.
