Hi there, With Ref to the above insurance they are still using Safelite glass as there network?? but when you first call the new phone number ie 1 800 776 4737 you do speak to a Progressive Insurance Person then you are transfered to Safelite Glass NO MORE STEERING WITH PROGRESSIVE?????? We can only hope that some of the other Safelite Solution Insurance companys follow suite ???????????

True... however the claim we set up today for a simple chip repair with Progressive lasted nearly 19 minutes. I'll assume and hope that it was a fluke.
