Frank, if you do not mind me asking, why are you selling?

I cant to seem to find trustful employees to hire around me? I am opened everyday (weather permitting) and I am the only one I can trust. Insurance jobs are no problem but I also have customers with PLPD which means insurance doesn't cover the insured, so they pay CASH out of pocket to repair there windshield. Every employee I hire I give the a test. Ill send a buddy with a chip on his windshield (i have a tool that makes chips) and he tell my new employee that he only has PLPD and tell in that case its $39.95 and my buddy would get it done. And at end of the day im expecting my $39 dollars and they all of them tell me that they did 0 cash jobs.

Does it matter how many they do for themselves as long as you take a nice profit out of them, I would tell them I am going to dummy shop them every week, this would cut that out a bit.

I do thats the thing

After doing this then I would have my dummy customer walk in and confront
the employee in of all my other employees just before I FIRED his/her A$$.
I did that in another business I had several years ago. After the first time
it NEVER happened again. But, you must be ready to show the employee
the door or call the local police department. Theft is Theft, PERIOD!
I have put one in jail to prove my point. Talking about making sure everything
is settled at the end of the day. LOL
