Just curious how many of you are having some Coat2Protect when speaking in regards to the Delta system left over?

I would only say I have about an half ounce remaining even after applying my 1st and only overlaping coat.....

I have had that happen to me too. If early in the day I let the left over saturate the lint free paper towel I use. I then put it in a zip lock bag and try to get most of the air out of the bag and store it. At the end of the day if not used I just toss it.

Just mix half as much as you are currently mixing and that should solve your problem.

for a normal set of headlights(small), I use about 1/8th of an ounce of both chemicals and that seems to work out great.

On the bottle its marked 1/4_______________ then their is a small plastic line just below that which I use as a guide

I do the same thing Candyman does. It is usually enough unless the headlights are huge or you are doing the tails too. The issue I have is the amber liquid tends to thicken or set up in the bottom of the measuring reservoir. So I have to compensate for that when I measure it.

I use a thin flat head screwdriver to dig out the dried and puddled amber liquid occasionally to get a good measurement.

A capful of each is what I use...leftover gets soaked up with paper towel and then tossed.
