When I have a customer that wants to pay cash for a windshield and then seek reimbursment from their insurance company how much do I bill them for? I mean for example I have a customer that has Farmers Insurance and the rate is NAGS -50% if I were going to submit through safelite but If we are not going to bill through th networks what can/should I bill the customer?
