We are setting up a nationwide windshield chip repair & auto glass replacement program. We want the best windshield repair & replacement companies in the the country to help to take of our customers. This program will slowly take business from the large auto glass companies and give it back to the independent glass companies. I am not sure what kind of impact this will make. Who is "WE" and "Our Customers" spell out the details please.

Not to offend you but I'm still confused about your affiliate offer? After reading your previous post, it wasn't but 17 months ago you were trying to figure out how to bill insurance companies operating a start up tent WSR location. Now this "Warp Drive" jump into providing a network insurance affiliation with other independents? Do you have a website to visit for more detailed info? Is this something similar to what Quick Fixx is doing? No offense intended towards your business efforts, just asking.

www.bullseye123.com . We I ask questions it is to learn how to do it right and then I go above that mark. Every business has growing pains. I have locations in 6 US cities. I am trying to expand to cover more area.

I am out in the field everyday repairing windshields. I am pretty good at marketing and thought this would be a great thing. Only issue is finding people that care what kind of work they do for their customer. There are alot of techs out there that are in a hurry, and do a nasty job on the windshields.

How will you determine someone has great ratings and reputation in there market? How would technicians prove to you they are worthy of your consideration?

1. Contact local supply companies - IE - Pilkington, Mygrant, PGW.
2. Internet - Google, Yahoo and Bing.
3. Years in business
4. Talk to Delta Kits to find out volume the company is buying.

And there are more. Just have to make sure everyone is on the same page.
