I am awaiting a call from them. Never heard of them until today!
It seems they contribute more to the "Fleet Side" of our industry..I am unsure. SGT may know until someone contacts me!

Well, they are not well excepted by the replacement guys on glassbytes forum....but they do push repair. I suppose the best option is to call them and get the facts first hand.

I'm on Netcost for repair and replace. They don't pay the best and they take forever to pay, but they've sent me a couple of jobs in the last month.

I sent vendor services an e-mail towards this but haven't received a response yet. I would believe NetCost has fleet and lease contracts heavier in some areas and not so in others. Are you signed up with Gerber? They also handle some large fleet accounts.

Chad I just sent them my info and Iam waiting to see what happens. Post if you hear something back and I will do the same. I was contacted by a group out of Atlanta a few months ago. They wanted a flat $20 fee for anyone they send to me regardless of what type of repair it was. If they were to send me a customer and they needed a replacement, I still owed them the #20 fee even though Iam listed as repair only. If the customer decided not to use me after the referal I would also be required to pay the $20 fee. I got a phone call last week stating that if I signed on now I would only be charged $10 for the referal. I declined their offer. It just doesn't sit well with me, the way it was presented. By the way how do you guys get the Deltakits & NWRA logo on the forum when you post something.

Candyman,
Hiya! Hope all is well. Happy Thanksgiving,
I'm proud of you, I would have done the same and told them to go jump in a hole! Seems scammy to me. Why would I have to be liable if the claim turned into a Replacement? Why should I pay for someones right and choice to convert to a Replacement.......WHat a JOKE! Can you PM me the companies name as I want to be on toes for when they do call me!!
What a joke! But you did well.
Hey as far as having your logos for your certifications under your signature, just shoot Korey a email and he will do it for you. If you don't have his email just Ping him on here!
Take care Candyman,
Don't eat to much!
