just looking for a quick bit of info on what kind of details/information people are putting on invoices to give customers who are wanting to pass on to insurance companys to re-claim there money

You have to detail out the Year, Make , Model of vehicle, along with the VIN #, and the date of the incident. Also location of the damage on the windshield and the type of damage it is. My invoice has the name and phone number of the agent as well. If you ask Korey Gobin or Brent Deines nicely, perhaps they will email you a copy of their invoice, which you can customize with your own logo and such. It is a nice one and the one I am using.
