My best customers are repeat customers, customers with full coverage insurance, and those with windshields that are expensive to replace. With that in mind, I've offered "free rock chip repair" coupons to my local new car dealers as something they can include in the new car purchase at no cost to them (one per car). They can be presented as part of any warranty discussion or just added to the warranty book. My only stipulation is that they must fill in the year and model sold and the repair must occur in the area that I cover. I just gave them to one dealer the other day so it's too soon for any responses. Anyone else tried something like this?
