Probond or Magnibond and wich viscosity?

Hi Friends, I'm new to this business (former car dealer) and trying to learn a bit. I saw there are different resins (Probond and Magnibond) and different viscosity sold by Delta, as I live in New Jersey and winter is coming, I was wondering what would the experts recommend for a better result. I know first impression is very important and if I fail on the first few jobs, I can loose the clients forever. Also I had already a small 4w UV light, do you think it's enough?
