Safelite fax

Has anyone else received the new new "Customer Assistance Notification" procedure for them? Lol....since we are forced to use them as a network, they now act as if my customers are theirs and they will be watching out for their best interest. This gets better and better. Curious if others received this and their thoughts. This should make people's blood boil. Thoughts anyone?

You share a customer they have contracted the customer to take care of thier needs and let you do the repair and get paid by Safelite. Result is thier customer. used you its pretty simple. Charge cash and give them a reciept to get refunded and you wont have to deal with anyone else but we all know most customers dont like this option because they have to open thier wallet.People seem to get hung up on the MY Customer arguement the facts are simple if they are paying for it its thier customer and thus they do things thier own way. I find once you get over the method they do things and go with the flow life gets simpler why stress it you arent going to change things.

Glassstarz I agree totally.I hate to say this but if you can't be them join them and that is what I have done and it made life a lot easier.Once I became a preferred vendor a lot of the problems with the steering was over with.

Safelite is like a Mother Inlaw shes not going away and you may seriosly dislike her but you just have to learn to deal with the old bag LOL :lol:
